When I started training with Transformations by Dana I had specific goals in mind. Never would I have imagined the abundance of care & attention I would receive from her. What began as a body transformation, "transformed" into a way of life. It's not forced. I don't complain about it. It just is. And I love it!!! And it's a beautiful thing when someone inspires you to be the best version of yourself. BONUS: My good habits have inspired my husband to do the same. About a year ago, my daughter asked me to do the Children’s Hospital Colorado Courage Classic Bicycle Tour with her. Our goal was to ride 60 miles over 3 mountain passes, reaching an elevation peak of 11,318 feet. I have struggled with severe osteoporosis due to an autoimmune disease that has led to several broken bones including a shattered elbow needing major surgical reconstruction, a fractured tibia, and a compound fracture in my back. I initially reached out to Dana to supplement my training for the Courage Classic (with doctor approval). During the two months of training leading up to the ride, Dana taught me so much about body mechanics and strength training. She encouraged me and strengthened my belief in myself to accomplish more than I thought was possible. I enjoyed training with Dana so much, that even after accomplishing my goal, I continued to work with her. Dana has helped me strengthen the muscles around my injuries which has increased my mobility and decreased my pain. Dana is approachable, professional, kind, and genuine. Thanks to her, I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been.

When I was looking for a personal trainer: I wanted someone who could work with me one on one without a contract . Not horribly expensive and that I could afford. She would meet me at our neighborhood clubhouse twice a week. Listen to my needs and teach me to shape my body and make me strong. I found this and more in Dana. She helped me reach my goals of weight loss and my overall health improved. I love the fact that she was reliable, flexible and fun to workout with. I got to know her more then a trainer and more like a friend that I could trust. She helped me with some of the most difficult personal struggles, I had it was so healing to my mind and body. Best investment I made for myself by far. I totally enjoyed our time together. With the recent pandemic, she found a way to keep our workouts fun while social distancing till we had the stay at home order. She then had to get creative again with a new way to see her and continue our workout. We begin to zoom on the computer to see each other. It worked but when I didn't see her, I wasn't as motivated on my own as I was when we were together. I would totally recommend her. I will miss her when were done but I will remain friends forever. Thank you Dana for everything you have done for me, even on my worst days. You were meant to be a personal trainer to help people.

I wanted to give Dana a 'shoutout' on her approach to helping me figure out how to get stronger using weight lifting as my target workout. First of all Dana is super easy to talk to and work with. "She's been there" and has an innate sense of what's needed. When it comes to encouraging me to do a heavier weight or 'one' more set she does it as if that's what I had planned all along. We are stronger than we think. Having someone there to hold you accountable is sometimes all we need to get to the next level! Dana is all that plus she knows what she's talking about. I was a former track athlete in college and so I've done the weight lifting thing, but Dana confirms what I've done before and adds to it. I am curious and so so ask a lot of questions, and Dana backs up the why behind the action. She's awesome!!

Two years or so, ago I started to train with Dana From Transformation by Dana. She helped me set goals for myself. The hard thing for me is sticking to a goal and Dana helped me stay focused on my goal. She was just as determined for me to reach my goal almost as much as I was! She has helped me become a physically and mentally stronger person! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be the person I am today. A year and a half ago I shattered my ankle on both sides. After this I was devastated because I have work so hard physically and it was all for nothing. Dana helped me through that, once I was strong enough she helped me with my upper body and eventually my legs once they healed. She has taught me many things in the gym, but most importantly she has helped me become who I am today. Dana has become more then a trainer she became a great friend of mine I am so grateful for that!!
