Most people get into fitness because it just comes natural to them. Fitness was the least natural thing I had going for me. After I had my daughter in 2011, my life changed and so did my focus. My health was just one more thing I didn't have time to worry about. I slowly gained weight over a few years time.
Once I had hit over 200lbs, I couldn't look at the scale anymore. I knew something had to change, soon. With the motivation of my husband, and the motivation to want to be a better role model for my daughter, I immediately started a dedicated and disciplined routine that helped me lose over 85lbs.
People had seen my transformation happen and were so motivated by the change. It continued to drive me to become a better version of myself. Through my education and knowledge of the process, I began helping others achieve the goals that I had accomplished myself. Fitness not only became my passion, but it became natural to me.
In 2019, my family and I decided to take our commitment to fitness to another level. We built a state of the art home gym to allow us to have a sanctuary and to give that same level of peace and security to my clients. It gives them a safe and judgement free zone to reach their goals.
